The Assistant Store Manager (Operations) is responsible for all day to day operational functions of the store while also maximizing store sales revenue and EBITA. This will be accomplished through effective management of regulatory compliance, hiring, training, warehouse/receiving operations, visual merchandising standards, facilities management, and store services. The Assistant Store Manager (Operations) will also have designated sales duties throughout the store to drive the customer experience and maximize revenue.
